After some time platforma.lv again changed it’s ajax request arguments, so mOwl couldn’t read them, but not anymore :)

Thinking of what mOwl is missing, I came up with idea that it doesn’t create ID3 tags when converting/streaming down, so I started playing with Google and found some great tools to play with.
Note: now mOwl only is writing tags for platforma.lv songs, but after some add-on upgrade, in near future, it will be able to do same trick with draugiem.lv.
So little background about tools, that make this possible. For now there are php-reader and eyeID3. First one is great for writing into artists, titles and so on. But secound one is used to embed album art into, because it supports that feature better (and easier).
Everything is in early stage, so bugs are common :)

draugiem.lv updated their playlists XML with some new stuff, and my bad written regular expressions broke on them. I might take a look on something better, than regular expressions to parse playlist, but time will show.
On other news: mOwl now has it’s own blog-thingy, so better subscribe :) to hear about mOwl related thingies.
